Terms and Conditions – King of Scents
1. Product Authenticity
All perfumes sold under “King of Scents” are 100% original and quality-checked before dispatch.
2. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS/Email. Orders cannot be changed after confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Delays due to courier companies are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 will be applied on all orders.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please contact us within 15 days with proof (photo/video) to initiate a return.
Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
6. Payment Options
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, payment proof is required before dispatch.
7. Use of Products
Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. Keep out of reach of children.
8. Intellectual Property
All brand assets including name, logo, designs, and images belong to King of Scents. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
